Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are only offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Share details with photos, and we’ll replace them for free.
Shipping Responsibility:
If we’re at fault, we cover return shipping. For voluntary returns (like change of mind), customers bear the shipping cost.
